Privacy

We keep this simple.

• Reading the site: no account needed. We may use basic, privacy-friendly visitor counts (such as how many people viewed a page). We don't run advertising trackers.
• The Daily 5 email: if you sign up, your email address is stored by our email provider (beehiiv) only to send you the newsletter. We never sell or rent it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Sharing your story: if you submit a story, we use what you send to review and possibly publish it. Your email is optional and never published. Please don't include personal ID numbers or health details you wouldn't want public.
• Removal: ask us to delete your email or remove a story about you, and we will.
